How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping New Zealand-wide on all orders for Jockey members. At present, this benefit has been temporarily removed and will be reinstated at the earliest opportunity. For non-members, shipping is FREE for orders over $49 (excluding eGift Cards, which don't require shipping). Not a Jockey member? Sign up and email us Support@mistiyarn.com.au

How Long Does Shipping Take?

We use New Zealand Post to get your goods to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, it can take up to 7 business days to be delivered.

Where Is My Order?

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. The email will contain your tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the New Zealand Post website.

Don't stress if it doesn't work immediately - it often takes up to 4 hours for it to be searchable in the system.

Where Do You Deliver?

Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed. We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.

  • Free standard shipping for orders over $49 within New Zealand. Please note that International deliveries are not free
  • Delivery within New Zealand is $10 flat rate with tracking. We use New Zealand Post and a Courier Service depending on the location.
  • Express Post is available within New Zealand for $15
  • International shipping is available via New Zealand Post and various Couriers. Once you have entered your address at checkout, your shipping options will be displayed and you can choose your preferred method (ie. Standard or Priority). Once selected your shipping will be added to your total. You will be able to view your total including shipping before payment. Please Note: The cost of your online order DOES NOT include applicable overseas duties and customs charges that you may incur. Before finalising your order we recommend you check relevant import duty costs in your country of residence.
  • Allow 1 - 4 working days for dispatch, especially during busy sale periods.

We will endeavour to deliver goods on the agreed delivery dates but, to the maximum extent permitted by law we will not be held liable for late delivery.

Deliveries are sent with no signature required. If you require signature on delivery please ensure you select this option on the delivery page via checkout. Somone will need to be at the delivery point to sign for the order. 

Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery point agreed with you, or, if you are to arrange delivery, when the goods are available for collection by you.

Express post

What About International Taxes And Fees?

Your order will be charged in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and will exclude New Zealand GST (Goods and Services Tax). Customs regulations vary between countries, so international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or other local charges once the parcel arrives in the destination country.

We are unable to mark international orders as gifts to avoid or reduce customs fees. Any customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If the order value exceeds the local threshold and requires formal customs entry, our logistics partner may apply an additional administration fee for customs clearance. For further information on your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
